Dress Code: RUFFLED HALTER DRESS by Express

I never used to be such a huge fan of Express.com until a few weeks ago when I ordered a few dresses as part of their hughe BOGO Sale on Dresses. One of the dresses I got was this really sexy Ruffled Halter Dress. Mated perfectly with statement-making ruffles that flow down the neckline and an empire waist that adds a flirty finish for a soft and sexy style. At only $31.43 you'll still have enought left over to add some choice accesories and create your own "Look Book" with this Ruffled Halter Dress as your centerpiece. Although the Tag says machine washable, I don't think I'll be doing that. I recommend Dry Clean only.
