Micky's Guide to Shoe Shopping (Re-Post)
However, you never want to have to resort to this technique unless you have to. Remember that when you're trying on new shoes, you should wear the same kind of socks you’ll wear if you buy them. Some women will only try on shoes towards the end of the day, because your feet are usually more swollen. The problem with that is, if you spent the day shopping, walked miles and miles and that is not how much you usually walk, then don’t try any shoes on that day. You can end up buying up to two sizes too big and not wearing them anymore because they’re too big. While in the store, try the shoe on your larger foot first (usually the opposite to the side of the hand you write with), walk around with both shoes on, wiggle your toes and stand for a while. It's also important to remember that if you are going to be out and about all day try to wear
Shoes For Life:
Shoes, are the ultimate accessories, and they can make or break an outfit. The style you choose has to blend with the style of your clothing, otherwise it will just seem wrong. However, you can play with colour. Either make the colour of your shoes blend in with the rest of your outfit or go for a contrasting colour. Now is the time to go wild and make a fashion statement.

How To Get Rid Of Bad Breath With Home Remedies
You Will Need:
Citrus fruit
2 tsp. baking soda
2 sprigs parsley
2-3 cloves
Black or green tea
Water or fruit juice (optional)
Step 1
Eat citrus fruit and other foods high in vitamin C to prevent bad breath. Eat one piece of fruit after each meal.
Step 2
Mix baking soda in one liter of water. Gargle this mixture once or twice a day.
Step 3
Boil two cups water and add parsley and cloves. Stir and let steep for five minutes. Use this as a mouthwash twice a day. Chew on fresh parsley for a quick freshen-up. Drink water or fruit juice throughout the day. Keeping the mouth moist prevents bad breath.
Step 4
Avoid bad-breath-causing foods such as ginger, garlic, onions, fish, cheese, and alcohol, especially whiskey. Brush your teeth twice daily, floss, and use a tongue scraper.
Step 5
Drink green and black teas, which are filled with breath-freshening polyphenols.
Did you know? Onions and garlic cause bad breath because of their high sulfur content.

How to: Use Colored Mascara

Apart from the obvious way of applying colored mascara – using it as you would a regular black or brown one, coating all your lashes - there are a few more ways in which I like to wear color on my lashes. For instance, why not try to only use the colored mascara on your bottom lashes? It’s the ideal way of rocking this trend if you are just starting out on the whole colored lashes world, it can be work appropriate, and is a lot more forgiving in the sense that you can go seriously wild with you color and not looking like it’s Halloween. Speaking of wild colors, Shimmer Strips Custom Eye Enhancing Mascara Duo
Another very interesting way of using colored mascara is just coating the base if your upper lashes with color and coat the ends with your regular black mascara. This gives a particularly interesting result when you use a color that brings your eye color out. If you have green eyes, try purple or plum mascara; for blue eyes, try golden or any warm red-based tones; for brown or hazel, try pink or blue. If you use a dark shade of the color you chose, it will be a very subtle effect but people will notice your eye color standing out a lot more and they won’t really know why is that. Well, a girl has got to have her secrets, right? Take a look at Big Fatty Mascara Colored Mascara
Finally, a very popular way of using colored mascara is to only coat the tips of your upper lashes. It will give you hint of color and fun without being overwhelming. Blue will make the white of your eyes look whiter so it will cancel some traces of tiredness. Good for those nights you didn’t get much sleep (for all the right reasons, I hope). Have you ever tried BADgal Blue

Sometimes colored mascaras have little color pay off. I personally suggest that you try the mascara on your arm hairs before you buy it to see if it’s worth it. However, if you bought one already and it isn’t quite what you expected it would be, try priming you lashes with a white lash primer (the ones on those double ended mascaras will work fine) and then carefully apply the colored mascara, making sure the white primer isn’t showing.
(Disclaimer: if you sell or manufacture colored mascaras, please don’t hate me for the next paragraph.) For a more DIY mascara, what you can do is purchase a transparent mascara, carefully load the wand with the product, swirl it really well in makeup eye safe pigment, apply and then clean the bush with warm water and soap. Loading your mascara wand at first is important because you won’t be able to double dip your wand if you want the mascara to remain clear for other uses. Though this technique can be a little tricky, it’s specially good if you just want to try and see how would you look with bright colored lashes and aren’t really willing to shed a lot of money for a mascara that you may never wear. If you decide colored mascara isn’t for you, you can always use the clear mascara simply as a tool to tame your lashes and help them curl or as a brow gel. Take a look at Maybelline Great Lash Clear Mascara for Lash and Brow.
Did you end up buying a brightly colored mascara and hated it? Be nice and give it to your daughter or niece so she can have super fun and bright hair highlights that will come out when she washes her hair. All she has to do (or her mom, if she's too little) is select a thin section of hair and carefully run the wand on it for a couple of times. Let it dry well and then brush to remove any lumps. Repeat if necessary. On the next day or so, when she washes her hair, no more highlights and no damaged hair. As you see, everything has a solution!

Remember to be Sexy- Henry & June (Lingerie)
In the 1950's (Prehistoric times) most women were confined to the home while only a few ever experienced a working life outside of the home. Those who did work, often did so out of financial desperation when their spouses were out of work. The pay was often far less than what their husband's could earn, and the credit for innovations was non existent. It was a rare case indeed to find a woman excelling at a rewarding and dignified career.
Well fast forward to today and things are very different. Now most women are attending college, playing organized sports from an early age, and the expectations for girls are now higher than for the boys in every subject.
At work women are everything from Operations Managers, to Air Force Captains, to University Professors, and for 9 out of the last 13 years Secretary of State. Women are also the new full time entrepreneurs in our society. Every one I know right is working on a business idea.
Even with all of this new found range of opportunities, women still haven't forgotten how to be Women. Women are still Moms. Moms are our first teachers, our grand chefs, our first best friends, and our first and truest loves. But there's another thing that women are...
Women are sexy. A confident woman has the power to have her way. A woman who feels sexy is sexy. So what makes a woman feel sexier than lingerie? Nothing...
For those of you who have forgotten what sexy is, enter: Henry & June

How To Make Your Coworkers Think You Have a Date on Valentine's Day
You Will Need:
Talent in the art of subterfuge
A hot new outfit
A heart-shaped box of Valentine’s Day chocolates
Step 1: Lay the groundwork
A few Mondays before Valentine’s Day, answer the standard, “How was your weekend?” with a broad smile and a sly, “It was wonderful.” Wear some rouge that day so you appear to be glowing and/or blushing.
Step 2: Blame it on love
Make a small error at work, call everyone’s attention to it, and dreamily say, “I guess my mind has been elsewhere lately.”
Step 3: Doodle “his” name
At staff meetings, doodle variations of your married name, like “Mrs. Annabelle Smith,” “Annabelle Jones-Smith,” and “Mr. and Mrs. Henry Smith.” Make the doodles large enough for people several seats over to see. If questioned about your blossoming romance, act coy and say you don’t want to kiss and tell.
Step 4: Feign phone calls
Arrange for your BFF to call you a few times a day so coworkers can overhear you cooing, “No, you hang up first. No, you. No you,” as you giggle girlishly.
Step 5: Dress up
Wear a sexy new outfit to work on February 14th. When colleagues ask where you’re going, say you’re really jazzed about trying the new Italian place downtown. No one will notice you haven’t actually said you’re going there.
Step 6: Share chocolate
The next workday, bring in a lavish heart-shaped box of chocolates with just a few pieces missing. Announce that you brought it in to share because you’re trying to watch your figure. Wait until the morning of February 15th to buy the chocolate, so you can get it at half price.
Step 7: Hint at a breakup
A few weeks later, arrive at the office sans makeup, looking sad. Thank everyone for their concern, but say you don’t want to talk about it. Enjoy the next day off, knowing everyone will be willing to cut heartbroken you some slack.
